DAY 2 ADVANCED DIGITAL PHOTO TECHNIQUES & MARKETING YOUR IMAGES SUCCESSFULLY
09:00- 9:45 AM: CLOSE-UP PHOTOGRAPHY The challenges and rewards of using extension tubes, closeup lenses, macro lenses and electronic flash in the field – tips and tricks to make better images.
09:45-10:30AM: NECESSARY FILTERS FOR CREATIVE DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY Discover how filters are essential in modern digital photography and how they can help you to create stronger more exciting images. 10:30AM: COFFEE BREAK 11:00-12:00PM: CRITIQUE #1 Participants are encouraged to submit their own photographs for anonymous critique and constructive discussion. Wayne and Darwin will discuss the strengths and weaknesses of every photograph submitted and its potential marketability. The critique session is always an audience favorite.
12:00-1:30PM: LUNCH BREAK
1:30 PM: SUCCESSFUL MARKETING TECHNIQUES Learn how to make a digital submission to photo buyers and how to market your talents to magazines, calendars and the advertising industry. As well, discover how to pitch a book idea, negotiate a publishing contract, and weigh the risks and rewards of self-publication. If you plan to sell your nature images, this seminar is essential.

3:30 PM: CRITIQUE #2 Darwin and Wayne are the friendliest and most constructive critics you could have.
